CCKRMAC / INFORMATION
Hosting terms (summary)
This page summarizes the main terms for CCKRMAC host partners in Seoul. The signed hosting agreement prevails.
- Ownership: The Mac mini and its accessories belong to CCKRMAC. You keep them safe and may not transfer, lend, pledge or move them from the registered address.
- Placement: Keep the Mac in a ventilated spot away from heat and water, wired to your router, with power and internet 24/7.
- Hosting fee: ₩40,000 per Mac per month (electricity considered), plus ₩10,000 per Mac when monthly uptime is 99% or higher. Below 95%, the fee is prorated by uptime. Billing starts on installation day.
- Payment: Last month is settled on the 10th, with daily uptime for each Mac and a payment statement. The fee is your income; please declare it under Korean tax rules.
- No access: Do not sign in, open the case, reinstall or reset the Mac, or try to read any data on it.
- Network use: No mining, proxies or heavy downloads on the same line; CCKRMAC caps the Mac's bandwidth. Before signing, we review your broadband contract together and decide whether to use your current line or open a separate one.
- Identity and payments: We only need the signed agreement and a payout account. We never open accounts, bank cards or phone numbers in your name or ask to borrow them, and you must not lend them to anyone.
- Confidentiality: Do not seek out or contact the customers who use the Mac. Information from either side is used only for this partnership.
- Moving and leaving: Give 14 days' notice before a move; we arrange the relocation. To leave, give 30 days' notice; we collect the Mac and settle up.
- Faults and damage: Faults from normal use are repaired or replaced by CCKRMAC. Loss or deliberate damage is compensated at the device value set in the agreement.
- Termination: Either side may end the partnership immediately if the other breaks these terms.
Have Korean counsel review these terms before use. The signed hosting agreement prevails.
